PMG Nexus – The Team that Connects, Collaborates and Creates
PMG Nexus comprises three offices, namely Portfolio Management Office (PMO), Standards & Architecture Office (SAO) and Home Team Ops Centre (HTOC) Office.
PMO serves as a coordinating unit for the Programme Management Group (PMG) and focuses on planning functions, while SAO harmonises governance, policy and solution architecting across HTX, and HTOC Office manages the command, control and communications development for HTOC.
